Area Information

The city of Bradenton is located on the southern extremity of Tampa Bay on Florida's west coast, about 15 miles north of Sarasota.

Both of our villas are located in Bradenton, one on the Glenn Lakes Sub-Division, and the other on the Heron's Watch Sub-Division. Both are just 10 minutes easy drive to the Gulf Coast beaches on Anna Maria Island where there is ample free parking at the three main public beaches and where you will find lifeguards, toilets, shops, and miles of safe, unspoilt white sand.

The main shopping area of Cortez Road is 1 mile to the north where you have an excellent choice of restaurants, fast food outlets and supermarkets including a 24 hour Walmart.
